Request Account and Data Deletion
LokYauTung provides this page so users can request deletion of their game account and related personal data.
This request applies to LokYauTung games published on Google Play, including games that let users sign in or create an account with a third-party login service such as Google, Facebook, or another OAuth provider.
To request deletion, please email us at lcy@lokyautung.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request.
Please include the following information so we can find the correct account:
1. The game name
2. Your player ID, user ID, or nickname if available
3. The email address or third-party login account used to sign in
4. A short statement that you want your account and related data deleted
After we verify the request, we will delete or anonymize the game account data associated with that account, including profile information, login identifiers, game progress stored on our servers, and other personal data connected to the account where applicable.
Some records may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or accounting reasons. Data that is retained for these reasons will no longer be used for normal gameplay account services.
We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days after receiving enough information to identify the account. If we need more information, we will contact you by email.
If you only want to delete data stored on your device, you may also uninstall the app or clear the app data from your device settings. This does not replace an account deletion request for data stored on our servers.
